I asked her to video call me to see the room before I put down a €100 deposit. She told me to look at them online, that they were the same and would just have a sofa bed. She gave us different rooms than the ones she said she would give us. One room had a hole for a window. The sofa bed was from my great-grandfather's time. She asked for €130 for the room and the money before you go in and see the room. Rude when I told her that she gave us a different room than the one she said she would give me. She told me that she had understood that I was curious from the moment I called her and asked her to show me which room she would give me because I had stepped on her. She also told me that she had described to me what the sofa bed would be like. So, according to the photos, I imagined something much better than what she meant. In addition, they always had a bucket of dirty water outside the room. Finally, we told her that a pump next to one of the rooms from 3-5 in the morning didn't let us sleep, of course she didn't care.
