When we arrived on Corfu it was wet and grey; we didn't book transfers with the holiday company as we'd read the bus service in Corfu was cheap and efficient and Im happy to say it was, it's also very cheap; €2.50 to get to Corfu town and then we changed to another to get to Dassia (again) €2.50 which is a real bargain, we found the hotel easily using Google maps and to be honest the walk up to the hotel is very steep but it only takes around 5 mins which was ok for us! The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, the older ladies that checked us in were very friendly and accommodating and gave us all the relevant information on facilities and services; there are hairdryers in the rooms and a TV (one channel in English - a film channel) the room was adequate with a small fridge and Aircon (if you would like a kettle it's a €10 deposit which is refunded on return) most of the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful (there is however one female receptionist who imo could do with some customer service training; a lot of attitude and very dismissive) the food in the restaurant is fresh and tasty apart from the chicken that didn't look or taste great so we gave it a miss; pool bar was nice as was the snack bar - the music playing by the pool could do with changing if I'm honest it was either too hectic or very depressing and the barmen seem to love R-Kelly which seems to be playing on repeat not sure if that is appropriate in the current climate - people didn't really seem to appreciate it 😕 all in all a lovely little spot with lots of cats 😁

Very clean rooms, professional and willing to help staff, especially 3 ladies in the reception area. Great food for both breakfast and dinner. No kettle and safebox in the rooms but you can get kettle upon request and use safebox for frre near reception desk. Great poolside, nice garden. Internet wifi was very bad, but good only beside reception. Location is up on the hill, not so close to the beach. City bus stop is close to the hotel. I got free late check out and free Easter lunch.

The hotel meets the standards of a 3-star establishment, so guests should not expect the level of service found at 4 or 5-star hotels. The food served was satisfactory, and the drinks were excellent. The staff provided friendly service, with Dima, in particular, going above and beyond by preparing my favorite drink—a combination of wine and Sprite—every time he saw me hahaha... A couple of points to note: the music at the pool was not consistently playing, which was a bit disappointing, and the internet connection could use some improvement. Overall, the inclusive holiday experience was enjoyable, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

We were there last year. It was our first time in a 3-star hotel, so I don't really have anything to compare it to, but when we entered the hotel and then the room, the kids thought it was a joke and that we wouldn't be sleeping there. We're not picky, but the family room was a joke. It was separated only by a low wall, with a gap at the top, probably to allow cold air to flow from the AC, but in practice, it was cold only on one half of the room, while the other half was always stuffy. After a while, I asked my wife if it looked like the pictures when we booked, and we checked the website. It turned out that the photos were taken in a newer building with a small number of rooms, and those who didn’t get one of the newer rooms ended up sleeping in rooms probably from the 1950s? There was one bar, one bartender, and around 200 people, so you can imagine what that was like. No one cleaned around the hotel during the day, the bins were full, and trash was spilling out of them (the poor bartender sometimes, if he had a moment, would go outside and change the bags). As for the Wi-Fi, at least in our room, there was no chance. It wasn't even about the Wi-Fi; the phone signal at the whole hotel was minimal. You had to search near the reception or the pool for an internet connection, so if you wanted to check something on your phone in the evening in bed, forget it. The entertainment was practically non-existent—during 7 nights, there was something only 3 times in the evening, half of the guests didn’t want to watch it coz it wasnt entertaining at all. The walk to the main street took about 5-10 minutes, but it was a pretty steep descent (and then uphill on the way back). The staff was generally okay, except for the reception. The food, for a 3-star hotel, wasn’t bad. Apart from that, I didn’t see any other positive aspects of this hotel.

Me and a friend have just come home from a 8 night stay in this so called holiday club.. We arrived at 2 30pm and couldn't check in until 3pm which wasn't a problem because we only had half hour left so we could book in.. We went for some lunch because the restaurant was open until 3pm.. When we sat down to eat the food was stone cold and didn't taste very nice but we just thought because the restaurant had been open from 1pm it was just the last of the food So didn't really think much of it being horrible... By the time we had finished lunch it was time for us to check in so we done so and given our key and on we went on our way to find our room without any guidance from the staff on where to go... I asked for a 1st floor room because I have mobility problems but wasn't given what I asked for... We opened the door of our room and it was awful.. The bathroom was disgusting.. The door of the bathroom had fallen apart on the bottom which we later found out that when we had a shower the water flooded the bathroom every single time we used it. Even with the shower curtain around the base of the shower.. The toilet never flushed either.. We then left the room to go Down to the pool.. We found a lift on the way which we wasn't aware was there after climbing 3 flights of stairs. When we stepped into the lift it was filthy.. There was stuff dried on the lift door... We then got to the pool which we wasn't told where that was.. On 1st impressions it was OK but on closer inspection there was cat poo laying around and it stunk.. Noone seemed to be bothered about it laying there and having flies around it.. The sunbeds were filthy and the pool area around the pool was acceptable.. We then had a drink which was limited to people that had booked all inclusive.. They were very weak too... The bar person was hardly behind the bar so couldn't get a drink when we wanted one so we spent most of the time in our room drinking tea because we hired or bought everything we needed to make a drink.. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant and every meal we had it was stone cold and what you didn't have for breakfast and lunch it was all mixed up for dinner into something else but every meal we had was disgusting and cold.. We had to go out and eat because most days this was the case.. Also the staff were not dressed nice.. Noone had a uniform On or badges with their names on so we didn't know if they worked there or just a guest.. Non of the staff spoke to us the whole time we were there either.. There was only a disco that lasted 2 hours and on another night there was some dancers which were there less than an hour.. When we decided to go out of the hotel we got in a van that was ridiculous but it was helpful when we went out because the hill where the hotel is situated was on a ridiculously steep hill so it's not advisable if you have mobility problems.. I actually saw one person on his hands and knees trying to get up the hill because he couldnt get up it by foot

Just come home after a week stay at Dassia holiday club. The hotel staff were very nice especially one of the men who clean plates etc at meal times he was always polite and always had a smile. All other staff were friendly & the bar man was the highlight of the stay very welcoming and friendly and brilliant with the children. We had 2 rooms booked (family of 6) both rooms could have been cleaner limescale in bathrooms and not given fresh towels daily. Although if you manage to catch the cleaners they are more then happy to give you some. Bedding wasn’t cleaned in the full week we were here. Air con didn’t work properly in one of the rooms and leaked all over balcony. We have a messy toddler who got crumbs everywhere and cleaners were more than happy to come in and sweep for us. Again rooms weren’t the cleanest but overall not too bad. Food was okay. A bit repetitive but always something there to have a good meal. A lot of cats come into the restaurant I don’t mind cats but don’t really want strays around me when eating. Lady in restaurant would chase them out so can’t really complain. Pool area does the job. Again with friendly staff snack bar is good kids enjoyed the food from it. Dassia area overall though wasn’t for us. Couldn’t find much for the children to do and we ended up being bored after a few days. Again this is no fault of the hotels I would say this holiday is ideal for people who don’t have 4 children to entertain. Climbing the hill daily to get up was a bit of a nightmare was told was a shuttle bus daily but no idea if it’s true because never seen one ?
