Guests praise the exceptional service, comfortable beds, and stunning beachfront location. They also appreciate the varied water sports and spotless cleanliness. However, some may find the hotel too crowded.

It is set in beautiful grounds/gardens over a very large site but it is quite easy to walk to anywhere or get a lift on one of the hotel golf carts which are easily summoned. There are eight different restaurants to choose from all themed differently and the food is excellent and there is a good wine list to choose from and all drinks, cocktails, spirits etc

the moment our transfer arrived we were greeted by our dedicated host Juliana who took care of our every need. From dinner reservations, special requests she and George ensured our trip was perfect from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble - from a daily whatsap to advise of daily schedule and helping when a phone was misplaced they went the extra mile to ensure our celebration was memorable and we will definitely be back thanks to them! On departure Juliana arranged for lunch boxes for us to take to the airport which were much appreciated as our flight was delayed.

We were a family group with age range 3 years to 73! This was our first trip to this hotel but fourth trip to an Ikos Hotel Resort. All have been outstanding but the Dassia was our favourite and we have already booked to go back in 2025! As a general rule I try to avoid large "international" hotels which tend to be impersonal and "stuffy" but even though this is a hotel on a large site it does not feel like a huge hotel as it is cleverly split into two main parts and there is a choice of pool areas and also beach. It is set in beautiful grounds/gardens over a very large site but it is quite easy to walk to anywhere or get a lift on one of the hotel golf carts which are easily summoned. There are eight different restaurants to choose from all themed differently and the food is excellent and there is a good wine list to choose from and all drinks, cocktails, spirits etc are top quality. Our rooms were very comfortable and well equipped but probably the thing that most sticks out is the staff. I have never come across such delightful, friendly, helpful and attentive staff who had clearly been very well trained and looked after us superbly. There were plenty of activities available though we did not feel any need to participate but the evening entertainment from the hotel's own entertainment group was like watching a musical show in the West End of London and included performances aimed at children of all ages. The whole experience was just outstanding.

I actually visited October 2021 it was fabulous ! I would go again in a heartbeat, but unfortunately, my health hasn't been the best, but when I get sorted out, I'm going back . The management was fantastic, and the staff were wonderful down to the cleaning ladies. Brilliant Holiday Thank you, Ikos. Robert Emerson UK.

This was our third ikos holiday, having already been to Aria and Odisia. We travelled mid May, with a 4 year old and 10 month old. We had a panoramic junior suite with sea view in the Sea building, the room size was fine for us, the bathroom a bit small as we had a large baby bath. There was no bath in the room, just a shower. We also had a bed guard, standard baby cot, steriliser, and toddler toilet seat. We were on the top floor of the sea building which was fantastic, we overlooked the adult only pool which I did find funny. I was worried we would spend a lot of time waiting for the lifts but they were so quick, never had to queue! Breakfast we usually had in flavours, fantastic staff, never did we have an empty cup of coffee! Lunch we had a mix of by the beach, pool, room service or Flavours. We managed to get an early dinner booking at all of the a la carte restaurants which we were very pleased with. Overall we had some great meals, we did have one issue at Ouzo during dinner. I ordered the Moussaka and while eating it found the middle to be cold (fridge cold!), so I sent this back, they apologised and a new one was brought out, this was better but barely warm in the middle so I sent this one back. They again apologised, a third was later brought out and again while better it was not hot and so was sent back, by now people on nearby tables had seen what was happening and I just felt hugely embarrassed. They again apologised, said this had never happened before and offered to make me something else, I declined as by now we had lost so much time (about an hour and that was just for main course, we didn’t have starters). I didn’t have time to wait for another meal and eat it before heading to the kids entertainment at the theatre. My family had also by now finished their meals. We decided to leave, they offered to send something up to the room but I declined and said I would go to the buffet which is what we did, I quickly ate some main course while our eldest had dessert. Something went wrong somewhere and I get these things happen, I fully expected them to reach out at some point to follow up but nothing. The following day was our last night and someone from guest relations came to see us at dinner, I had assumed to follow up on the previous nights dinner at Ouzo, however he said he was unaware of what had happened. We explained, gave our other feedback and he apologised and thanked us. Later during the meal someone else came to see us to apologise for what had happened at Ouzo. When we returned to our room later that evening we had a bottle of champagne (the one that’s included on the standard AI) and some Greek sweets (that you can get in the buffet for dessert) and a note thanking us for our feedback. While I appreciate they did something, I feel this would have landed a bit better had they done this the same night we had dined in Ouzo but even then it didn’t really make up for the poor meal. I have fed this back and been told it w

We went in early October and have debated long and hard over whether to review because we are long-time IKOS fans who have been to Olivia, Oceania and Andalusia and been 5 star all the way. Sad to say our Dassia experience was really lacking. We went Deluxe and it was not remotely worth it: after check-in we never saw a concierge again. The one time we ordered room service it took hours, and when it did arrive it was stone cold and they forgot our drinks. We used the WhatsApp to try and book wine tasting and never received a response. Our Deluxe room was in the shade and when we used the retractable roof in the garden to get a bit of sun, thousands of dead leaves descended and weren't cleaned up for days. The Deluxe pool had amazing service but a really strong smell of drains, and one day it was shut down summarily after someone's kid defacated in in (not the hotel's fault, but really irritating that it wasn't promptly dealt with and we all had to evacuate in mid afternoon until the next day). The sunbeds across the resort were tatty and the beach buddies were laughably peevish if asked to help put brollies up and down (compare that outlook with your other resorts where they proactivly assist). Flavours (which we have LOVED in the other resorts) was lacking in choices and ergonomically terrible with people tripping over one another. Every time we went there the service was dreadful - we were served tea twice without cups or sugar, it was tricky to get a seat in the adult-only area, and the staff were visibley stressed. Getting a a refill on drinks was next to impossible. The restaurants were clearly understaffed and not operating to capacity which makes it all the more infuriating that the services was pretty lacking in all of them - you really shouldn't have to stand around waiting to be seated in a restort that costs this much. I don't know if it was an end-of-season thing, but compared to our other IKOS experiences it was just lacking ... and given the price charged for a not-very-deluxe experience, we would never go back.

Our 3rd visit to Ikos and 1st to Dassia. From the moment we arrived we knew it wasn't going to disappoint. The welcome was exceptional and we were instantly made to feel at home, with a welcome drink and an introductionto the resort. The hotel is set across 2 buildings, close enough to walk but also accessible via the buggy service. Our rooms were in the Sky building. We had interconnecting rooms which was great for us as s family of 4, particularly as we could relax with the knowledge that the children (17 and 12), were just next door. Everything about Dassia is outstanding, the bars, restaurants, beach, pools, evening entertainment, sports facilities, location and surroundings are amazing. We hired the Tesla for the day and experienced the best of Corfu, we also used the shuttle service into the town which was fantastic. The sunset cruise and waterspouts were a highlight. The staff are what makes Ikos exceptional. Each and every one of them made us feel welcome. Special mention to Maria (the best barista in the world), George in Kerkyra, George in the Grill, Diana and colleagues by the pool, Claude, pool towels, and many others, whose names we sadly can't remember. Our stand out member of staff has to be the hotel manager Katarina, who, without a doubt is an inspiration to hotel managers the world over. She is kind, considerate, friendly and welcoming whilst retaining a high level of professionalism. Despite being incredibly busy, she always made time to check in and ensure everything was ok with our holiday. A lifelong friend made and a credit to Ikos. The only criticism we would make is that the annual increase in price to stay at Ikos has unfortunately priced us out and so it is unlikely we will be able to return. But, we have been privileged with being able to holiday in Ikos on 3 occasions,

Staff have been amazing as usual. This was our 3rd visit to the Dassia and 9th visit to an Ikos resort. We have never been disappointed in any of our holidays. Liza Martyanova pre booked our restaurants and secured our rooms. We have met her on several occasions and the hospitality and excellent service she provided was amazing. We first met Liza at the Olivia some years ago and she treats us as old friends. It was our friends first visit to an Ikos resort and I know they were very impressed. Especially with the choice of wines at all the restaurants. It was never too much trouble to get wines from other restaurants and bring it to our table. We used the dine out option one evening eating at Agora in Corfu Town. Staff were attentive and we enjoyed the meal and evening out. We all did the wine tasting one afternoon. A very knowledgable Sommelier who was very helpful. (Her name escapes me). We ate at all the different restaurants and enjoyed some fabulous food, wine and service. On this occasion the Anaya was our least favourite. Another fabulous holiday, all staff were amazing and we look forward to another Ikos in 2025.
