Guchengli Hotel (Datong Ancient City Huayan Temple)

The hotel is right in the ancient city, it's very lively, the rooms are clean and sanitary, the service is warm and patient, and the breakfast food recommended is delicious! It is very close to various attractions, and it only takes a few minutes to get to Huayan Temple, very convenient! The only downside is that the room heating is too hot, I was sweating all over, the temperature was too high!

The hotel facilities are very new. The toilet is also very comfortable to use and is smarter than the one I used before at another hotel. The cleaning was very timely and I liked the whole environment very much. My friend and I stayed here for a total of three nights. The whole hotel is very well designed. It looks like it was designed by young people. There is a small bar on the first floor where you can get hot water and drink American coffee. There is also a spinning bike and treadmill, as well as a piano. The most praiseworthy thing is the service of the hotel, especially the two front desk staff. The service to the staff is very considerate~~ However, it is worth mentioning that the hotel is located inside the ancient city, and there is a section of road that cannot be reached directly by car and requires walking. However, it is very convenient to go to other attractions from the hotel, such as Huayan Temple, Shanhua Temple, and Nine Dragon Wall, which can be reached on foot. It is also very convenient to eat delicious food at Gulou East Street and nearby. I like Datong and will come again next time.
