A very satisfying stay. Xiao Qian at the front desk was enthusiastic and thoughtful. He recommended Datong's special restaurants, snacks and tourist attractions in great detail, gave us welcome fruits, and thoughtfully asked the waiter to bring a humidifier. The room is very comfortable, and the smart phone is a highlight. The evening buffet and breakfast are great, rich in variety and delicious. I especially recommend the haggis, which tastes great. I am very grateful to Bai Xuefeng, Wu Yanchun and Zhang Zhifang from the Western Restaurant for their warm and thoughtful service during the meal. It was the warm service of the above four people that made our trip to Wyndham very satisfying and comfortable.

這次來滑雪入住雲奢套，房間很大，説硬件山西最好也不為過，可以對標一些二、三線奢牌了，minibar的選品和歐舒丹的備品用心了，但春節2000的房價在大同水居然是怡寶有點掉價，又無奈沒辦法voss水（minibar內容）一天衹補一瓶😂，説到衞生實在太一般了，杯子水漬嚴重，馬桶有漬，茶几甚至有大片污漬，後續處理態度挺好，説會仔細打掃，但杯子還是沒有更換，茶几也還是臟的，這我能不能理解為沒有落實不作為呢？其它服務啥的都挺好尤其是1號下午17層的房嫂大姐，人真的特別好 早餐將就可以對付一口，認真説就一般般，但不管怎樣下次還會入住，因為大同沒有更好選擇了，而且我寧願相信這是偶然事件😹

別被這個名字忽悠了，達不到這個標準！這麼好的價格，整體不匹配，跟另一棟的標準一樣，早餐簡直比菜市場還差，跟超級多，我們轉了20分鐘沒地方坐，找他們服務人員，給找了一個很遠很偏僻的角落，有座瞭然後早餐貌似也不一樣，合著給我們領到了這個低標準的餐廳！我們一家三口吃的一點也不開心，炒米飯磕牙！麪條排不上隊，其他的也就二三百元酒店早餐的標準，跟我們這1200的房費不匹配，差！

新開的酒店這麼高的評分不知如何來的？傢俱的味道還是挺大的，特別牀頭櫃。除了服務沒話説，其他都是沒有預期的這麼高。
1、新裝修看着很豪華，實際基礎建設很薄弱。住在7樓，居然窗子漏風，半夜聽到呼呼的風聲，一陣陣涼意，客房服務來確認是窗子漏風問題後給換了房間。
2、在北方，居然用中央空調取暖，沒有供暖，半夜由於窗子漏風不得不從被窩裡爬出來更換房間，搬到新的房間，過很久才暖起來，冷到家人感冒了。還有空調的最低風檔也很吵，一晚沒睡好。
3、五星級酒店的這個親子套房設計粗看很豪華，實際缺乏人性化設計。比如：1） 兩個雙人床，只有中間一個牀頭櫃，讓另外一邊的人如何放置眼鏡、手機等物品； 2） 沒有考慮淋浴區更衣的私密性問題，出了淋浴間全是敞開的； 3） 將近90平米的空間，沒有考慮親子家庭行李箱架，一般四口之家2個行李箱，但是沒有地方放行李箱以方便取放和整理東西。 4）燈的開關看着智能、高端，實則缺乏設計的人性化。比如：滑滑梯下面的燈像個急停按鈕，也沒有説明；那麼多燈，按了一個開關就會讓人非常surprise。
總之，不是一次愉快的入住，以後不會選擇這個品牌的酒店。

温德姆酒店裝修豪華，房間舒適乾淨，一入住就送下午茶，房間裏的飲料全且免費，洗浴用品全是歐舒丹，吹風機也是戴森的，處處彰顯品質生活。坐便是智能馬桶，床墊軟硬適中，盡享舒適睡眠，比帝都的五星級酒店好太多。我訂的房間還送了洗浴和游泳，早餐在下沉式餐廳就餐，環境優美，飲食美味，特別喜歡鮮榨西瓜汁和刀削麪。大家儘管放心入住，絕不會失望噠。
