The hotel is well-equipped, clean and hygienic, with good accommodation conditions and no noise disturbance. The floor attendants are nice and the front desk attendants are pretty and polite. The restaurant on the second floor is clean and sanitary, and the breakfast is very rich.

酒店大堂温馨舒適，整潔乾淨，房間設施齊全，乾濕分離很舒服，客房阿姨細心周到，前台熱情大方，給我感覺很開心，停車場很大，出入方便，早餐豐富，有當地刀削麪，羊雜……下次出差我還會選擇這家酒店。

開始訂房的時候就看到星程酒店好評、評價説前台服務熱情周到、入住送水，早餐特別豐盛好吃、品種全，大同降温了，進了大廳，前台問好送上了熱水很貼心，讓暖手，同時我詢問周圍有什麼好吃的，前台介紹了周圍特色飯店，也很棒，房間給免費升級房型了，酒店門口就是停車場，早上吃完早餐逛了雲岡石窟，都特別滿意，必須給酒店所有人好評，感謝酒店服務人員，有機會還會來入住，特別滿意。
