The location is very good. It's very close to Datong South Railway Station, Drum Tower, Prince Dai's Mansion, Nine Dragon Wall, and Shanhua Temple. When I was shooting costumes in the ancient city, the landlady even let me shoot in the courtyard, which was beyond the scope of the movie.

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was very pleasant and the location just outside the old city was very convenient. Hotel breakfast and dinner were great and getting to see a drum ceremony performed for the hotel on our first morning was a bonus!

My wife's favourite hotel. Exceeded expectations in many areas. I feel like going back now. The room is new, big and really comfortable. Lots of little things made us feel so good: e.g. free snacks and dessert, books for browsing, free laundry, dining table, huge TV, big window. Now the down sides: There are not many eateries within walking distance. But I guess you can order delivery. They deliver to your hotel room here. It is so new that many cab drivers do not know the place.

As a Samsung hotel that has not opened for a long time, it feels average. Staff service is still possible, but the facilities and sanitation are not very good ～ The bathroom toiletries rack is directly on the ground (forgot to take photos), the bedside phone is white hair (the picture is after I have wiped it again), there are flotts and pen prints on the bedding, There are plastic bags on the floor of the bed. In short, the facilities are not well maintained and the cleaning details are not enough.

Very satisfied. The waiters are very attentive. The room has everything and is clean. The breakfast is delicious. It takes 12 minutes by taxi to the city wall. The only drawback is that you can hear the guests next door, which is a bit noisy until 11 o'clock. In summary, I would recommend it.
