One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the upper floors, expect a bit of exercise. They also don’t serve full meals, but they do provide free coffee and bread at the lobby. Luckily, there are plenty of restaurants and food spots nearby, so finding something to eat is very easy."

"Very clean and lovely hotel. I would say the only downfall was that there was no elevator, so traveling with an infant and stroller was difficult. We ended up leaving the stroller downstairs, to avoid the issue. Be sure if you need wheelchair accessible or stroller accessible, you book for the bottom floor. Food was amazing. The pad Thai was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool was nice and clean. And the staff were accommodating and friendly."

"The hotel's quality and price were acceptable. I stayed for 3 nights and found using Grab to be very convenient. While you can hail a taxi, I was concerned about the cost. Previous reviews mentioned issues with the towels, and after discussing it with my three friends, we uncovered the 'truth.' The 'Please clean the room!' signs that you hang on the door are missing in several rooms. If you leave the hotel and return in the evening, your towels will remain unchanged. Then, when you request a 'towel change,' you're told there's a 'charge,' which, of course, makes guests angry. If the sign is missing, you have to actively request a 'clean the room' card."
