The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved.

Very very good hotel, the location is in a residential area, so it is a bit difficult to find, but Google can navigate past it. The rooms are large, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities for cooking, and the quilt is not as trendy as other hotels, it feels like home.

The furniture inside the rooms is too old, and bathroom fixtures are too old, no hot water and not well cleaned as well. Sauna has no hot water too, but surroundings are cozy and huge. So disappointed, Will not come back again☹️

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and a mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with a good selection of local and international dishes. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was a nice way to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We had a wonderful stay with my friends. The room was just the right size for a company of 3. Plus it’s near restaurants so we just booked us a taxi and ate out. There’s more options outside than in the hotel itself.

The hotel was easy to locate and conveniently located. There’s a mall nearby which is linked via a bridge to the mall for convenience to the guests. Room was clean and well equipped and I love the effort the hotel puts in on being more environmentally friendly. They cut down on plastic by providing carafe for water and water dispensers were readily available outside the rooms too.
