Need more attention to details. Average DT hotel good location in Davenport. AC did not work in our room. After understanding that it did not work we gpt a new room for our second night. Big central area of hotel makes it look deserted. The restaurant, only open for breakfast has bad ventilation =＞ small pancakes in to your room. At the gym the peleton did not work and in our new room the safe did not work and we had to call maintanance who eventually fixed it.

The street at nights were so loud. Especially the motorcycles. Also the elevator is extremely slow. My key got deactivated several times.

Water Damage This hotel has water damage throughout the property. Above the check in desk and other places throughout the hotel there are water damage stains on the ceiling. Once in my room, I immediately smelled mold and saw some in the corner of the room. I asked for a different room and the new room was fine. The hotel was very clean and staff was nice and helpful.

We spent one night in Davenport for the Bix 7 road race. This hotel was perfectly located downtown. Walkable to great restaurants and breweries. The hotel was clean and well appointed. Rooms were very nice! We would definitely stay again!

Check in was a breeze, unfortunately I was given the key to a room that was occupied by a family and that was an ordeal. Eventually I got a room but the bathroom floor and shower were dirty. The bedding was clean but the floors were dirty. The door was hard to close, needs to be adjusted.

I appreciated the nice view and clean beds, but overall, the place was uncomfortable. There were drip buckets all over, and the pool was unclean, with clumps of hair floating in the water along with a lot of bubbles and other debris. The breakfast was extremely expensive, and I wouldn't recommend this place for families with kids. My first stay in Davenport was disappointing, and I was not pleased with the experience.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The water spots on the ceilings were a bit concerning. Shower heads were horrible, and there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom.

We had a great stay! I was worried after seeing complaints about the A/C, but we were on the 5th floor and had no issues at all. Property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful
