Really cute and quiet spot near the town. You can walk from there to the train station in about 20-30 minutes. The elevator is hardly large enough for 2 people and luggage. The hotel room looked newly renovated. It was super clean and nicely decorated. The room we had was 308 with a large balcony with 2 lounge chairs and a small table. It is not pictured on their website. The bathroom was very small but functional. The bedroom was plenty large enough with 2 chairs and a small table. There isn’t a refrigerator but they got us an ice bucket. The staff were extremely nice and pleasant. Breakfast wasn’t much but it hit most of the basics. No cooked eggs to order but there were boiled eggs.

Good location on a quiet side street. 5 minute walk to the Parsennbahn ski lift. Sunny balcony to the south. A small and clean sauna section. But you shouldn't expect much from the evening meal. Accommodation 4+/5, food 2/5.

I would like to say a big thank you to all the team Hotel Edelweiss Davos for making my stay so enjoyable. The staff are very nice. Just to mention a few names: - receptionist Ronja went the extra mile to help with all the questions I had. It was a very smooth check in and check out. - Paul from the restaurant provided a very quick service for a 3 course meal, regardless that the restaurant was very busy, plates cleared and food delivered quickly. The sauna and the ski boot room are excellent. The location is very good. The hotel provides excellent value for your money. I do recommend this hotel and I will book it again. See you soon :). Hotel Edelweiss is a gem! Recently refurbished the interior is modern with neutral colours and extremely comfortable furnishings. We have just returned from a week in the apartment situated on the ground floor. It is quiet and spacious with 2 separate bedrooms furnished with double beds , one of which has a ladder to a third double bed which would suit a teenager or child. There is a spacious sitting /dining room , a well fitted kitchen and a bathroom with over-the-bath shower. The beds are extremely comfortable with down duvets and soft pillows. All was immaculately clean and well presented. Next to the apartment is a large sitting room for all guests with its own library. After tasting the quality of food on the first evening, we opted to have half board for all of our stay. The food is fabulous and very good value for money with a starter, salad buffet, main and dessert for 25 Chf. Highly recommend this option. Our thanks must go to the wonderful, caring staff who were so professional and friendly. From the warmth of the reception staff to the smiley ,waiting staff and the talented chef, we felt everyone went out of their way to ensure that our holiday was enjoyable. This is a hotel I can highly recommend and hope to return to in the near future.

A special building in Davos. Historically very valuable. Unfortunately, behind the facade, not much is right. The guest is a supplicant and a troublemaker, the staff are arrogant and haughty. The guest is not treated like a guest. The rooms are very small, the restaurant only has capacity for half the guests (50 places for 100 guests). As a result, permanent waiting times are standard, in the morning and especially in the evening. Meal times are from 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. It is impossible to serve all guests satisfactorily and treat them as guests in this time period. No solution is offered to the guest at prices of €400 for a simple room with a simple 3-course meal. The salad is even an extra. A real exception is the restaurant manager Stefan, very professional and customer-oriented, but he is alone in the wide open spaces. A relaxing and enjoyable vacation looks different.

Ich übernachte für 4 Nächte in dem EZ im 3. Stock, eine Kollegin, ebenfalls Kongressteilnehmende übernachtete in einem DZ im 3.Stock direkt neben mir. Jeden Morgen früh stand ich im Bett als die Kollegin um 06h15 duschte infolge sehr lauter hochfrequentig pfeiffender Wasserduschleitung. Die Nasszone im EZ ist sehr klein und alt. Trotz Reklamationen und Videobeweisen von mir und meiner Kollegin an der Rezeption, gabe es kein Entgegenkommen seitens Besitzer (Herr Umiker) und GM (Ragna), die während der 5 Tage weder vor Ort noch persönlich erreichbar waren! Ein anderes Zimmer wurde mir nicht angeboten. Kundenservice sieht anders aus! Ich zahlte für die 4 Uebernachtungen den vollen Preis und der ist für eine solche Lokalität hoch! Beim Frühstück wurde ich von einer Angestellten frisch von der Zigarette bedient, eine andere antwortete mir auf englisch. Das Personal an der Rezeption war mit einer Ausnahme mässig motiviert. Dieses Hotel kann ich gar nicht empfehlen, Kundenpflege sieht anders aus und es fehlt an Führung in diesem Hotel.

Acomodação charmosa e aconchegante. Meus filhos amaram, queriam morar no “quarto família” pra sempre! Comida maravilhosa. Tanto o café da manhã (melhores pães que comi na Suíça) e o Jantar requintado! Valeu cada centavo! Em resumo o Serviço foi de excelência, todos funcionários muito atenciosos, em especial a Ilaria, uma graça de garçonete! ❤️

Hatten ursprünglich im Hotel Concordia gebucht und wurden aufs Edelweiss umgemodelt aufgrund Überbuchung. Wir haben aber gute Zimmer erhalten und für den Umstand mit der Umbuchung wurde uns ein kostenloser Drink offeriert. Der Service war die gesamte Zeit wirklich wunderbar und auch das Frühstück ausgezeichnet (traumhaftes Stübli mit urchiger Holzeinrichtung). Was ich auch schön finde, ist, dass dies ein haustierfreundliches Hotel ist (Hunde erlaubt), auch wenn ich selbst keins dabei hatte.
