我在攜程上使用了房間升級權益，可實際是原房原型，這種靠糊弄忽悠顧客“升級”房型，有負“麗楓”二字。好在投訴後，攜程小顧給予了及時幫助，確認所謂升級是子虛烏有！
當我去前台詢問為何升級前後房型和配備設施一樣時，恰逢店長（值班經理）在，但他衹顧自己電話，電話結束翩然而去，全然無視顧客訴求！！！
請各位看官幫我甄別下圖中哪是升級房的設備？房間面積其他物品完全一樣。

房間：非常寬敞，床也很大，睡着蠻舒服。浴室有頂噴，非常加分，自動打開的音樂也很有意思。
設施：純凈房給的這個即熱飲水機真的非常好用，推薦！
噪音：樓下就是廣場，一直有人在跳廣場舞，非常吵。但是晚上入夜以後就安靜很多。雖然房間靠近電梯，但是也不會特別吵。
早餐：平平無奇。
總體來説非常不錯，跟其他連鎖比，也很不錯。
周邊：點了個外賣炒飯，似乎是大悟縣招牌，非常好吃。

送孩子來上學，住在麗風酒店，酒店設施很新，非常乾淨，服務也超熱情貼心，孩子的床墊等用品提前派送到了酒店，得到了妥善保管，還借用了拉車，早餐也很棒，關鍵是價位也便宜，太愛了，隔壁就是一個大超市，物資豐富，出門很多小吃，以後來大悟就住這裏了👍

送孩子上學到的這裏，前台服務超好，酒店位置優越，裝修時尚又温馨，房間乾淨衞生，最貼心的是房間有凈化設備，提供客房服務超快，入住很舒心，這幾天看到入住客人也很多。在這樣的縣城裡絕對是一流酒店一流服務。

酒店環境很棒，房間隔音效果很好。房間很大，床也很軟很舒服。前台小姐姐服務態度非常棒，而且很專業，有一説一早餐確實不錯，7:30-10:00，時間很寬裕，菜品也都是熱的。下次有機會的話還會再來住。

房間設施很新且空間大，服務員看帶了孩子還多送了兩瓶水，也提供了小童牙刷和刮鬍刀！洗漱沖涼水量非常大，而且還有自動播放舒緩的音樂！酒店停車方便且免費，地理位置優越，樓下就有大型超市和小童遊樂場，前台服務人員態度很親切，有問必答。早餐中規中矩，現包餛燉味道不錯！
