Très jolie chambre, accueil chaleureux par Anais. Bien situé. Choix variés des plats, couple très accueillant, le pain est délicieux Possibilité de prendre son repas en chambre le soir. Point faible le petit déjeuner style hotel 1er prix. Bus proche de l’hôtel

Nous avons déjeuné 2 fois au restaurant Le bouche à oreille de l'espace thermal des arènes et nous nous sommes régalés: omelette aux cèpes, noix de Saint Jacques fraîches sur fondue de poireaux entre autres, de pures merveilles. Les desserts étaient délicieux également

La studette est petite mais fonctionnelle, WC séparé et literie correcte et j'ai trouvé l'endroit propre, pour le logement rien à dire et en plus climatisé ! Mais alors, les personnes de l'accueil, à part une toujours agréable et serviable, les autres dont deux particulièrement odieuses, condescendantes , n'écoutent pas les réclamations, coupent la parole. En fait, ils ne faut surtout rien leur demander ! Par ailleurs, ne comptez pas avoir les chaînes canal plus, j'ai réclamé à plusieurs reprises. On m'a sorti une explication bidon comme quoi le technicien canal plus s'était trompé dans les réglages mais bon sur 3 semaines, je pense que cela aurait pû être solutionné ! Et quand j'ai demandé à l'homme d'entretien sensé intervenir, il m'a répondu que si je ne savais pas me servir d'une télécommande, c'était pas son problème ! Donc pour résumer, pour une cure éviter cet endroit et allez plutôt voir loger à Dax, je n'ai eu que de bon retour
