Good and modern hotel about 10 minutes walk from the main square. The room did have a strong smell of cigarettes though, and there was no hot water - only midlly warm.

The overall environment of the hotel is quite clean and comfortable. The surrounding greenery is very good, and there is a park next door where you can take a walk. The air is fresh. The room is fully equipped and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is very user-friendly. 酒店不守信用，毫無契約精神。去大新縣訂酒店的大多都是為了去瀑布景區，過年人滿為患，我們提前預訂好的酒店，已經預訂成功交了全部房費，驅車幾個小時抵達酒店後，已經錄入了一個身份證了，酒店突然反悔，前台臨時告知已經滿房沒有房了，他們系統超訂了，導致我們無法入住，當時已經很晚了，工作人員説會解決，但等待始終無果。找客服投訴後，酒店依舊不給處理，就讓我們自己想辦法定別的地方，當時附近根本沒有可以入住的了。 後來發現不止我們一個這種情況，還有差不多十個人，五間房，都被酒店臨時通知不能入住，所有人堵在大廳，鬧了接近一個小時，各種投訴施壓下酒店工作人員才給開了房間。説明本來就是有房間的，那為什麼一開始堅持不給我們開呢？而且已經錄入一個身份證了，也説明本來就有房間。預訂時感覺7天是大型連鎖的酒店，品牌很有保障，實在沒想到還會做出這種舉動，不知是想要臨時反悔漲價還是真的所謂工作失誤，都不該由消費者買單。
