從來沒遇到這麼差的服務，人生的第一個差評！這個差評就是給前台的女服務員！網上150，櫃枱價178，我們想在網上定就跟我們説不是他家！然後就因為我們不在櫃枱訂了跟我們甩臉子，開始到處刁難。預訂成功後一個勁的説我們預訂不成功，不想給我們辦入住，一會説她鎖房了一會説房滿了，一會説得她確認才行，一會説我沒扣款沒定成功，各種理由…反正就是坐在那不動跟我們槓，最後給看了銀行卡扣款記錄才不情願的給辦入住，訂了兩間一樣的房，一間給有窗的，一間給沒窗的，沒窗的房間無線網不好用，旁邊的服務員問她告沒告訴我們，她也沒説，結果進去之後手機也沒有網，手機沒網定不了外賣，入住都快9點了，兩個八十多歲的長者還等着吃飯。長者住的房旁邊就有一間開着門沒人入住的空房，我想換到長者旁邊的房，然後她一會説房都在網上訂滿了換不了了，然而我打開攜程還顯示有房可定，然後説是人家打電話訂的，我説難道不應該先到先住嗎？空了那麼多房他們住別的不行嗎？然後又説我要換的那間房別人訂走了，説是來前台給她現金的（然而現金還是我給的按金），我問她預訂房型難道還能直接鎖定房號嗎？她還跟我槓説對，我説那你拿來給我看看你鎖定的證據，她沒話説了不情願的給換了房，謊話連篇！説要不就換大的房間給她加錢，真的沒見過這樣的人，也不知道老闆知不知道這個服務態度。房間裏的東西除了洗漱用品都收費，一定要看好了再用！酒店晚上有客人在走廊裏吵鬧，也能聽見火車的聲音，但這些一比較都不是大事，希望這種人先學會做人再來賺錢吧，真的有點太過分了

從攜程上定的這家賓館，從進入酒店開始感覺是國企的一幫人在幹活，服務人員態度冷漠，房間設施陳舊，地毯污染嚴重，房間除沐浴牙刷外，幾乎所有的東西都收費，燒水壺是壞的，一次性馬桶墊標註不清，等結賬時才告知是收費的，總之體驗感不好。

不知道為什麼訂的豪華間雙人房，連換二個都是大而通風不好的大床房，可能是去晚了吧。床鋪倒是換過很乾凈，設施老舊，衞生間在房間角落用玻璃隔出來的，也沒洗澡。性價比不高。

從來沒住過這麼差的賓館，明明有空調，就説空調壞了，還不給空調遙控器，明明寫着下午2點退房，12點直接被攆出來了，再也不回來了，避雷吧。
