設施還是新的，但是衞生打掃的很馬虎，桌上都有煙灰，牀頭櫃也有煙灰，打牌的人聲音很吵鬧，也沒人提醒關門打牌，希望老闆能改進下。

去黃石大冶的那個恐龍夢工廠去玩，所以定了黃石大冶的酒店，門口不好停車，因為在修路，酒店還是挺不錯的，房間比較乾淨整潔，就是前台服務人員，服務不太到位，我們在攜程上定的酒店，她説收不到訂單，要我們自己給攜程的客服打電話，這不是酒店跟平台之間聯繫嗎，跟我們遇到同樣問題還有不少客户，還好及時辦理了入住，不然要在大廳等半天，門口沒停車位，那個前台服務員也不指一下路，也不知道哪裡可以停車，結果停對面被電子眼拍到了，真是鬱悶……

前台服務很熱情，有需要衣架，或者飲料咖啡的，都會有；除此之外，還給免費升級了房型，環境很舒適，床鋪軟。酒店是新酒店，值得入住。
