新開不久的，環境很舒適，飯菜也很好吃，服務非常好有求必應，有公共湯池，私湯很乾凈舒服，下午有送下午茶和水果，晚上還有晚安飲品，臨走的時候還送了小手辦非常貼心，離花水灣鎮也非常近，開車不到10分鐘，除了有點小貴，哪兒哪兒都好[呲牙]

非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，很多地方超過了我的預期。首先硬件上無論裝修材料傢俱家電都是真材實料，很有質感，不會像某些酒店圖片好看但是實際近看充滿廉價感。第二，酒店很多細節用了心思，在不經意間提升了住客體驗，例如吹風機是戴森品牌的暫且不説，酒店是將其固定在牆上，並且電線是纏好了的，這樣就避免了每次自己取吹風機並且電線繞來繞去的麻煩；再比如衞浴間地面都做了微小的傾斜度的處理，這樣可以避免積水發臭；再比如房間設計上，床兩側都可以去到衞生間，半夜上廁所就不用繞大半個床；包括馬桶也是帶智能沖洗的，不像其他某些酒店用的偽智能馬桶。第三，酒店服務水平也很高，有免費迷你吧，下午茶，晚上還送牛奶銀耳湯，服務人員也很熱情主動。最後就是温泉也是真温泉，有花水灣温泉特有的硫磺味，泡完後皮膚很滑膩，而且温泉池很多，基本都是住客泡，所以不會擁擠，另外房間的私湯操作也簡單方便。總之，住過這麼多酒店後，看得出這家酒店是用了心並且投入了成本的，物超所值。

很適合親子+家庭出遊。經常去花水灣泡温泉，第一村+豪生+中鐵都嘗試過，但這次是意外的驚喜，性價比非常好。硫磺温泉很正宗。
- 親子出遊，帶了兩個小朋友、所以想找一家有私湯+公湯兼併的。這家完全符合。公湯緊鄰小溪，環境非常舒服。
- 免費的下午茶套餐服務也很到位，第一天幫我們送到公湯温泉旁、第二天因為小朋友在房間泡私湯、還送到了房間，很貼心。
- 公共區域：有小朋友遊玩的房間，還有服務人員幫忙照顧、小朋友玩得很安全放心。不定時好有小朋友的活動、比如泡泡池、手工小遊戲。
- 服務超級棒，尤其是晚上想點外賣燒烤，因為帶小朋友不方便、結果服務管家還幫忙去街對面的燒烤店幫忙拍照點餐。
下次一定還會選擇這家，夏天玩水，冬天泡温泉都很好👍

帶娃泡温泉，成都周邊全是有酒店硬件條件，有自然風景了。河邊泡温泉非常愜意，私湯適合晚上泡，喝點茶，泡完洗澡睡覺很舒服。有一個很小的小童樂園，孩子也玩得很開心。酒店泳衣略微貴了點，最好還是自己提前帶好划算。早餐品質也還可以，炒菜很香。酒店的茶也不錯，有掛耳咖啡，走的時候給我們送了一些土特產。

一次不錯的體驗，堪比五星級酒店。
設施：配套用品齊全，家居嶄新，床特別軟，馬桶一直都是温熱的，我們住的房間還有專門的梳粧鏡，私湯特別舒服。
衞生：沒有哪個地方能見到污垢，包括廁所的角落也沒有。
環境：nice
服務：五星好評，我們定了兩個房間都做了升房。早餐也特別不錯，根本吃不完。還送了下午茶和伴手禮。值得一提的是還送了旅拍，攝影老師非常有耐心，也會指導動作，提供服裝和拍照。
