花灑，地漏嚴重堵塞，更可恨的是，熱水器壞了，晚上九點問了前台，説半個小時修好，10點問，説等到12點，12點再問還要等半小時，之後又問，要等到第二天早上......一直到第二天退房的時候，還是沒有，酒店人員極其的不負責。

藍鑽酒店 跟學校很近文軒很近
環境：挺好的
衞生：衞生不太行 有鹽頭 地上有很多小垃圾
服務：服務人員態度很好 來修電視什麼的很不錯
設施：還可以吧

一進門就聞到一大股煙味，結果進廁所就看到了馬桶裏有煙頭。地上全是水，不衹是浴室外面，連床旁邊的地毯都是水。電線板到處亂甩，直接丟地上（地上有水）連枕頭旁邊都有一個沒有頭的電線，這是拿來給人充電的？訂的大床房，結果進門就傻眼，還以為兩個房間連起來的，結果另外一個隔間放了兩張床墊，像是一個雜物間，那些什麼牙刷牙膏都是直接往洗手枱上一扔。門口開卡的服務員也像我們欠他錢一樣大家看圖，後面有圖。
