The location was great! It did have some disappointments: We did not know renovations were taking place (noise plus no pool). The first day - no cable. The room needs some things fixed: Kitchen fauset very loose, shades on lamps loose and crooked and balcony chairs need tightening. Elevator did not work one day.

beautiful view from the balcony was a absolute pleasure to wake up to each morning. nice, comfy sofa to hang out on as well. the host, gary was very responsive and accommodating.

Good Beach Location with the Basics Perfect place for a beach view and access. Property Manager indicated pool was under construction, place is good if you just want a place to shower after the beach and sleep. Parking lot did not allow for actual number of guests so we had to find other places to park and walk. We did not use shared washer/drier or other noted amenities since we had family in area.

Very cozy We had a wonderful time. The room was cozy and comfortable and very relaxing. Gary checked in to ensure we had everything we needed and to answer any questions we may have. Overall we had a great time and will be coming back soon!

Great view The view was excellent and it was reasonably priced given the construction to the area. The construction from the Hurricanes is noticeable but didn’t disturb my stay. The owner was very communicative. The beach area where the condo is situated isn’t very busy so it was peaceful during the day. The main part of the beach is close by if you want to go to where it’s busy. Overall it was fairly priced.

Anniversary Enjoyed every moment! Must admit I was hesitant because of other people’s reviews. I’m glad I didn’t listen to them! Some people are very critical. The building was under construction with the roof and pool. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay. Why wife and I would love to have another getaway there.
