房間很大，設施設備也還齊全，衞生條件也還可以，就是樓下有許多飯店，到中午的時候房間裏瀰漫著全是油煙味兒，午休的時候把人嗆醒了，開窗的話味道更大，跟前台協商能否換房間，前台估計不想換説沒有房間了，説每個房間都有味道，説別人不做飯了就過去了，意思是讓我忍忍就過去啦。這個是體驗最不好的地方！

其中有一位前台的服務態度真的非常非常差，太惡劣了。先説這個電競酒店，進房間連鼠標都沒得，有位好姐姐拿了吧枱的簡易鼠標給我們用，我們也沒追究，結果早上九點多有個嬢嬢瘋狂敲門，説他們自己吧枱的鼠標要用，喊我搞快給她拿起走，我正在打遊戲，一直喊我換機子，就為了給他拿鼠標。房間裏有人在睡覺她也不管，一直很大聲的吼，砸門，很沒素質很沒禮貌，下午一句道歉的話也沒得，説住不住？不住就走人。從來沒見過這麼歪的，大家別來住。

房間是雙床房，電腦三台，要兩個人擠一下，房間內沒有wifi，好像晚上12點過後前台就沒人在了，房間的前台電話也聯繫不上，如果晚上有事情找比較麻煩，電腦配置還行，主流遊戲基本沒太大問題

服務員的太度太差了，還辱罵客人，兇的要命，沒見過這樣的酒店，花錢買氣受。要什麼沒什麼，多要一條浴巾沒有，牙刷沒有，啥都沒有，還臭，衞生間味道也重。

房間環境還湊合，但是設施建議每客清理一下，鍵盤鼠標太臟了，耳機都掉皮了，戴完之後都是掉的渣。
