房子有十來年，屬於政府黨校賓館，冬季有暖氣，挺温馨，設施也乾淨整潔，服務挺周到，有內部停車場，吃飯人不多，所以早餐挺簡單，一種稀飯，兩種炒菜，兩種地方熱菜，三種米糕饅頭和蒸餃。值得推薦！

好像政府賓館，設施不錯，房間乾淨，服務好，停車在大院裏，周邊購物方便。早餐雞蛋、糯米燒麥、豆漿、粥。幾種炒菜，好吃。

就是前台的服務員精力不集中，不知在忙什麼，開的房間在4樓，但是四樓走廊的燈不開，用手機電筒才終於找到房間。
