Beautiful hotel in a great location. Our room was well appointed and clean and we slept well. Nothing on the island is far away. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant. We would go back in a heart beat.

Located not far from the beach and close to one of the woods, we preferred this location. Van der Valk is a wel known brand with a lot of value for money. Room was spacious, with a nice bathroom. All kinds of details had been thought of.

The team made our stay memorable. From the booking, checking in and having dinner, through to breakfast the next day, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Food was good, with plenty of options to have local produce. They had a big party in for dinner, but this didn’t impact on the service that was given to each and every diner. The combinations of ingredients were well presented and creatively prepared, to give good flavour and visual enjoyment. The team was helpful in making suggestions of local attractions and places to visit, as well as helping with things like ferry times etc. a thank you for making this such a lovely weekend trip.

We spent a very nice weekend, the apartment was very spacious and well equipped, the cleanliness was good. The next town (de Koog) can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes, the same applies to the beach. Bikes can be rented at the hotel or locally (cheaper).

Mooie ruime kamer (deluxe), fantastisch uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, landelijk gelegen en vriendelijk personeel. Vanaf terras landelijk uitzicht met Texels bier, diner was smaakvol. Volgende keer naar Texel zullen we weer dit hotel kiezen.

Het bed slaapt erg lekker, ik neem altijd mijn eigen kussen mee, maar eigenlijk was dat niet nodig want het kussen lag prima. Ik miste wel een klein speeltuintje/ ruimte voor de allerkleinste. Het ontbijt was super lekker, ik miste wel mijn papje in de ochtend😉😅

Heerlijk gegeten! Attente en leuke ongedwongen bediening van iemand die de leidinggevende deze week verving. Met ook steeds goede uitleg van wat er op het bord lag. gewenste aanpassing snel en makkelijk te regelen. Wij komen zeker graag terug.
