Vriendelijk onthaal en prima service. Ruime hotelkamer, comfortabel bed. Rustige ligging en toch in het centrum en direct bij de kust. Meer dan luxueus ontbijt.
Enigste opmerking - de geplaatste airconditioning werkte nog niet, dit zou komende september in orde moeten zijn.

Everything was excellent. The room was large and comfortable, WiFi great, breakfast was a full, complete and delicious. The hospitality was very nice. The proximity to the beach and shopping area was just steps away. The tram goes right by

Lovely clean hotel. One member of staff made us feel unwanted and was miserable. Everything was too much trouble. Asked for cup of tea in afternoon, she said she didn’t have any showed us what they had green teas. We politely explained we couldn’t drink that so is it possible to have coffee she replied with ‘ oh really !’ Went off and tutted. We had coffee no milk, so went to desk to ask for milk she replied hot or cold, I said whatever is convenient for you, as felt uncomfortable. She said what room you in and walked off came back with cold milk. We spent our mini break looking for places to have cup tea as felt uncomfortable. In evening phoned ask for room service same replied it be 10 extra, which we understand but was said with attitude. Decided not to use.. just wanted to leave the hotel. We come to Belgium regular thought we try new hotel for us. We will not be back

Hôtesse très accueillante. Les chambres sont bien équipées , l’ensemble est extrêmement propre et doux. Tout Petit parking couvert, il vaut mieux s’assurer à l’avance de la disponibilité d’une place. Le petit déjeuner est inclus: service buffet très correct.

Excellent séjour dans ce très bon hôtel où l'accueil est irréprochable et à l'écoute de nos besoins. Hôtel très propre. A 50m de la mer et le centre est facilement accessible. Petit déjeuner au top et copieux. Beau jardin agréablement fleuri et la piscine chauffée est un plus s'il fait beau. Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.

Emplacement intéressant à la fois au calme et en ville. Déjeuner qualitatif et varié Chambre (suite) spacieuse Balcon ensoleillé toute la journée Un peu bruyant en journée avec ascenseur et autres chambres Le bain à bulles ne fonctionnait pas.

Onze aangename ervaring tijdens ons verblijf bij Hotel Iris De Panne heeft ruimschoots voldaan aan de verwachtingen - zelfs overtroffen. Beschrijving en informatie op de website van het hotel zelf worden 100% ingelost in realiteit ter plaatse. Wij verbleven in één van de mooi en stijlvol gerenoveerde comfort kamers (renovatie 2023) met een zalig goed bed, knap ingerichte interieur en dito badkamer en voldoende functionele opbergmogelijkheden. Uitstekend ontbijt met ruime keuze dagverse producten, waarbij ook streekproducten en lekkere huisbereide confituur. Maar bovenal en allereerst belangrijk te benadrukken zijn de uitermate fijne gastvrijheid, vriendelijk en oprecht hartelijke ontvangst en service gedurende het hele verblijf van de uitbaters en het personeel. Wij voelden ons hier bijzonder warm welkom, groot respect en heel dankbaar voor het fijne verblijf!! 💝 Een welverdiend grote pluim aan de familie Dieryckx-Visschers - Grijmonpré 👌✔︎
