Leonardo Club was the perfect Dead Sea trip!
When we needed to change our room because of neighbors who smoked, Tamar handled it politely and immediately.
Shlomit called us several times to make sure we were happy. We have never gotten the attention that Shlomit gave us from any hotel!
Shlomit also recommended the "wet trail" hike at Nachal Bokek. It was great and it was free.
Shlomit also recommended a hike to "Zohar Fortress." What a beautiful and historic place! Also free.
The food was excellent.
The room was spotlessly clean.
The workers were pleasant and polite.
We couldn't ask for more.

A wonderful hotel for families with a private sandy beach and all-inclusive meals, all of which were delicious. Excellent and prompt service. Special thanks to Shulomit, who welcomed us, explained the hotel to us, and provided excellent service.
