We came as a couple for one night. After waiting for 5 hours and without receiving a call that the room was ready, we approached the reception on our own initiative. There was a dispute about the VAT with the manager, who showed a very blunt and disrespectful attitude (not only to us). The sea water pool was cold and the jacuzzi was dirty and not at full capacity. On the second day it was busy and more reasonable. The food is good and there is a fairly adequate selection. All in all We enjoyed it, because the hotel is also centrally located and within walking distance to the sea and the center, but the first impression clouded the stay a bit

We stayed in November, and the price was very attractive compared to other hotels in the area, although the reviews were a bit concerning. Nevertheless, we decided to go for the deal purely because of the tempting price. We arrived quite skeptical, but honestly, the hotel is perfectly fine. The reception staff were very nice and courteous. The rooms may not be the height of luxury, but they definitely offer good value for the price. The king-size bed was excellent and comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The bathroom had a shower and bathtub combined, a small TV, and a mini-fridge (empty) for storage and cooling items. The view of the sea from the higher floors is delightful, especially in the early morning and evening. The food was surprisingly good. We arrived with doubts, but the Friday dinner was very diverse and really tasty—everything from salads to desserts, meats, and fish. On Saturday, the meal exceeded our expectations with a cheese bar, freshly cut salads, various juices, and plenty of sweets for the kids—truly, everything one could want. The hotel pool is also quite nice, along with a heated indoor saltwater pool and a jacuzzi, which, while not very large, is certainly adequate for the price. For those who enjoy it, there's also a dry sauna, a steam sauna, and a variety of treatments available. The beach is nearby, and we were able to take towels from the hotel. We found places to sit without any problem, and parking was also available. It's worth noting that one of the indoor pools was empty, which wasn't mentioned in the booking, but overall, considering the price, everything was quite satisfactory.

To all those who value ease on their vacation, please do not come to this hotel. On there very night we arrived, my group entered a severely overcrowded reception area — had to be at least 200 guests waiting to be serviced. The food was alright, but the bad part of the hotel is the elevators. There are only four for this massive hotel so you can imagine how long it takes to get there. Speaking of the elevators two are quite spooky. One elevator kept on going up and down — giving us minor “free falls” for about 30 seconds. It was exhilarating — but in a terrifying kind. It felt like I was in a sedated version of Disney’s Hollywood tower of terror in Florida. The other elevator kept on stopping at floor seven no matter what. I will take the stairs from now on because o do not trust my life with the elevator service— first time I actually felt unsafe in a hotel. As for the rooms, I returned to find the room with other people — yes the room was double booked. Nowaybe I should be lenient, because lots of people came that night, but it also goes to show that with reasons mentioned above, the hotel though large is not accommodated to take so many people.

The hotel description was correct when the hotel opened, but now lack of investment and the obvious decay and lack of maintenance means that even a one star out of five is one star too many. We were with another “geriatric” group from Israel. All of us were disgusted with the rooms and amenities. However on the four times I approached staff, twice we were treated well and twice ignored. Managed to change room from “zero” star to “one” star so that was a success. There are other hotels near this one which charge approx same but provide a better experience. All the other “one” star reviews are correct, anything higher than that may have been written by friends of the owner.

The Hotel is passed it's prime. A nice facade but shabby underneath, Staff are poorly trained and offer poor customer service. When another guest was assigned my room and walked in on my wife and I naked in the bed I complained to the from desk staff. They said they would get the manager to contact me but they never did.

Unfortunately it was the worst experience I ever had with a hotel, on a global scale. It's written that the check in is from 3 pm. Me and my hausband arrived at the recommend time but only to discover that in this hotel, "from 3pm", means that maybe the rooms will be ready or maybe not. When we asked about when the rooms will be available, the receptions including the managers, had no idea. One hour and a half later we got the key. The room was poorly cleaned and bad mantained (broken shower doors, rust in the tub). There are 4 elevators that randomly arrive every here and then. Luckily we discovered the cleaning service elevators so even if they were smelly and dirty, at least they were faster. The management in this hotel is seriously unprofessional and totally unaware on how to run an expensive hotel. Everything is cahotic and it the staff who works there is totally lost. Personally I never come back to this hotel even if it's the only available option in the dead sea. Don't waste your money.

This hotel is a good choice when visiting the Dead Sea. It's a short stroll to the Dead Sea if you wish to dip into the sea itself. However, if you wish to avoid the blazing sun the hotel's indoor pool filled with Dead Sea water is a great alternative.
