The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. This hotel is conveniently located on the Dead Sea. The floating sea has a dedicated salt sea, which is great. Best vacation ever! The food was very tasty and there were a lot of options. The pool and the room were very clean and there were great activities for children and adults. The play room for the kids was excellent. We had great time. Highly recommended.

The environment and location of the hotel are very good, but the service is really bad! We arrived at the hotel around 1 pm, more than three o'clock to stay, queued for nearly two hours.
