Beautiful and cozy villa with great service. Both the villa and the hotel had beautiful outside places with real grass gardens to rest and chill. Only comment is some rooms in the villa are ground floors so windows are mostly trimmed and windows are at pedestrian level. Big rooms and very comfortable bed. Bathroom also big, modern and clean. Robes and flip flops available. Great to be able to use the spa of the hotel. I will come back.

Tidy and cosy rooms, equipped with coffee maker, microwave, cultery, coolers, etc. Walkable distance to beach, restaurants and shopping in a great small town. Only issue we had was finding the hotel, we booked at Villa Odette, which is next to Le Clouiser but the name is not clear.

Beautiful hotel & location. I will use this hotel again & hopefully next August 2024. All that was missing was an Iron & Ironing board,but i suppose if i had ask the reception team they could have provived me with one.

Bonjour Je suis vraiment déçu de ce week-end que j’ai pu organiser pour l’anniversaire de ma maman et de Ma Soeur En effet lors de l’accueil je n’ai eu aucun mot chaleureux pour leur souhaiter un bon anniversaire, ce qui était précisé dès le début de la réservation. Toutefois j’ai bien eu un mot au niveau de la chambre, mais qui n’était pas adressé aux personnes qui fêtent leur anniversaire. Ensuite j’ai voulu avoir une place de parking, le parking était plein, on m’a donc conseillé de me garer sur une autre place, mais j’ai bien ressenti que je gênais Nous avons ensuite profité du spa où le jacuzzi était très fort en terme de produits chimiques et la piscine assez froide Et pour finir en revenant du spa, nous avons une coupure d’électricité, nous avons attendu pendant 45 minutes sans électricité dans notre chambre où j’ai dû insister pour avoir une chambre supplémentaire et pouvoir être prête pour le restaurant prévu le soir Lors du Checkout nous n’avons pas eu plus de compréhension par la direction ni de geste commercial au vu de cet incident.
