Friendly hotel in an absolutely beautiful location. We arrived on bicycle, and they were very accommodating about storing our bikes in the garage. The hotel is a very short walk from Arantzazu monastery and at the base of beautiful hiking trails. Breakfast was not fancy but satisfying. The hotel porch was busy when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon but was quite peaceful once all the day tourists left.

It leaves much to be desired. An elevator with a chair inside (which had slippers on it), the place smelled bad and let's not talk about the cleanliness. I don't recommend it for anything in the world. We had dinner in the dining room and the chorizos were raw. There are places much easier to get to and better by far.

Had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The location is perfect if you like to walk. Many hiking trails start and end right at the hotel. After a day of hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the pool. The rooms and the hotel were certainly in order, everything was clean. The staff was also very friendly to us and spoke English. The price-quality ratio is very good here. The breakfast is not very extensive, but certainly sufficient. I didn't miss anything at breakfast and the breakfast room really offers a beautiful view over the mountains. You also have a beautiful view from the rooms and the swimming pool. The hotel is really located in a very beautiful location. The hotel has free parking and a bar with a terrace where you can eat and drink. The hotel itself also has a restaurant area and here you can order a delicious three-course menu in the afternoon and evening for a very affordable price! Really highly recommended!
