一次很差的住宿體驗，拉低了我對德保酒店行業的整體感知。走進大廳風光就比較昏暗，辦理入住就辦理了半小時才完成，走到房間門口就開不了門，來了個技術電工搞了才進門。一進門彷彿進入建築工地一股灰塵味和發黴氣味湧入鼻子，嗆得流眼淚。裝修太舊了，彷彿回到解放前，破舊的枱燈，隨處卷邊翹起的牆紙，枱面上的灰塵，椅子上的不明粘稠液體的留痕，最難接受的是打開水龍頭流出赤色的生銹的水，沒有一次性拖鞋，沒有面巾地毯上隨處可見的煙頭孔。總之沒有比這更差的體驗了！早上九點沒有早餐了，而且我對早餐的衞生情況表示堪憂，葡萄上還有黑垢。

酒店設備比較陳舊了，房間的椅子扶手壞的，牀頭櫃抽屜自動打開關不上，床頭兩側無充電插座，插座竟然是在床頭中間，也就是在枕頭後面，太嚇人了，安全隱患極大。這個酒店曾經輝煌過，但現在破敗感，挺可惜。

房間乾淨整潔，仃車方便，出酒店向右行200米就是鬧市，可逛超市和就餐。酒店大廳玻璃門擦得太亮，讓我眼睛不好的老母親撞了上去，所幸碰撞力不大，未傷及長者，建議酒店在玻璃上貼橫條色帶
