和朋友一起定了三間，我的四百多的套房，其實大小和其他房間一樣，只是客廳裏擺了個床，床品是那種老式的花的，舊舊的被套上還有個煙燙的洞，睡覺衣服都不敢脱。空調閘是關着的，連帶着床頭的插頭都沒電，燒水的壺也沒有，鍋碗瓢盆亂糟糟的堆在櫃子裏，洗澡是電熱水器，還沒洗完水就涼了，裝修什麼的都一般。唯一是位置可以，下樓就看煙花和音樂噴泉。

民宿不錯，位置好找停車也方便。客房裡麪衞生乾淨，設備齊全。應該是新開業的，反正裏面的東西都很新，其他方面前台服務比較熱情，綜合下來挺滿意的，推薦！

房間總體佈局和環境不錯，但是衞生收拾差點意思，茶几底下不但有垃圾和灰塵，竟然還有前任房客穿過的鞋子，衣櫃只有一個衣架，還得讓客服送上來，櫃子裏有穿過的襪子和沒拆封的安全套，屬實沒有好生收拾了。希望店家以後多多注意細節方面，畢竟房間確實不錯，下次還會考慮來。

民宿地理位置優越，離高速路口也很近，小區停車和出入都很方便，房間乾淨整潔，冰箱、洗衣機等設施齊全，一次性衞生用品配備齊全且充足，晚上睡覺很安靜，電梯運行快捷方便，女老闆很熱情，整體入住體驗很滿意，以後再來，還會入住。

忘記拍照了，性價比高，整個房間佈局很，視覺空間舒服，床超級大，床單超級柔軟，而且還有廚房可以做飯，很房東態度特別好，很好説話，由於和朋友昨天晚上喝酒到凌晨，今天早上起不來房東還特意為我們延遲了一個小時退房，反正我感覺是那個小區民宿裏最住過最好的一個。

真的很不錯，應該是才開沒有多久的民宿，房間寬敞，服務挺不錯的，衞生間紙不夠用打電話給房東，馬上讓人補了，小區環境不錯，性價比很高，非常滿意的入住體驗，下次來德昌還會住這裏.
