酒店環境乾淨整潔，服務熱情周到，交通便利，停車方便，街對面就是餐館、超市，吃飯、購物都很方便，到河邊公園、音樂噴泉廣場也很近！

入住皇朝大酒店，環境和設施都是一流，前台很熱情。最大的問題是容易踩坑，他們把免費的東西放在看不到的地方，把付費的無品放在最顯眼的地方，你不注意看到就使用了，你就會另外付費。你的200選按金就保不住了。

作為一個縣城的酒店來説設施比較好，房間設備齊全，價格大眾可接受，位置比較好，雖然三四樓有KTV但是影響不大，全國縣城許多都去過，像德昌這樣的縣城不多。

設施、衞生一般般。三樓卡拉ok廳吵得要死，深夜一兩點都還在唱歌，簡直無語啦！早餐單一，味道不怎麼樣。

缺點：三樓是KTV，電梯有酒味，晚上睡覺會聽到唱歌聲音，出差人士慎選。

我們算最早一批入駐皇朝酒店的了，但這次入駐感覺不好，不知何時起，樓下的卡拉OK太嘈雜影響休息了，原來也有卡拉OK但沒有這麼大聲音，希望改進。
