#負評#對房間大小，鄰近店舖，房內採光，交通方便程度，鄰近餐廳失望；这个酒店虽然挺干净的，但是服务很差，本来想提前10天取消的，连携程都帮忙一起劝说取消，酒店就是不肯取消，很过分地抢钱手段。洗澡是有限制用水，一天大概只有两次5分钟的洗澡水量。毫无性价比可言，我只能踩踩踩👎

To be honest, I didn’t have any expectations……just another budget ibis hotel. This is partly true - the rooms are typical ibis, but downstairs, the restaurant is very good. I had a steak and it was beautiful. The staff are courteous and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel!

We were tranferred here for our two nights when the town centre hotel which we had reserved was unacceptable. It is on an industrial estate and completely basic. The strongest feature is that it has plenty of car parking and it is somwahat secure. It does have a lift.. Our bedroon and also the bathroom were large. There was only one chair, we requested a second and it was provided. Breaskfastprovided a good variety but no cooked. Dinner appeared not to be available even if we had wished to eat in.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel pour le week-end de la Toussaint. C'était la seconde fois que nous y descendions. Quand nous avons pris possession de notre chambre, nous avons constaté un important bruit de tuyauterie, comme une chasse d'eau mal réglée qui se remplit en permanence. Nous avons essayé d'occulter ce bruit mais impossible car ça raisonnait dans toute la chambre, nous avons donc appelé l'accueil vers 23h30. Deux personnes sont montées, ont bien constaté le problème, et pour solution, ont coupé l'eau chaude pour la nuit, ce qui a certes réglé le problème. Mais voilà, ils ont ré-ouvert l'eau vers 7h du matin, et nous nous sommes donc réveillés dans un bruit infernal de plomberie. Honnêtement, c'est honteux d'avoir eu à payer pour ça, ce qui motive ma note aujourd'hui. La bonne solution aurait été de nous changer de chambre, cela n'a pas été fait, sans doute pour une question budgétaire, résultat : un client de perdu car nous irons séjourner ailleurs la prochaine fois.

Un très bon accueil de la part de Frédéric une personne gentil souriante qui a été aux petits soins pour nous lors de notre séjour alors qu'il gérait seul l accueil le bar et le service du restaurant L'hôtel très coocing on s'y bien et les repas excellant Je recommande cette endroit
