Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was friendly. The price was terrific. There were great restaurants within walking distance.They allowed me to check in early and check out late. Will go back again.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at the Viveka hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with good AC. And the staff were all very friendly and accommodating! It is a short taxi/tuk ride away from central Colombo

Will use this hotel again
Good clean hotel, amazingly friendly staff, room service, "the property is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities". Good food from the hotel restaurant and reasonably priced too. will use this hotel again.

This hotel is set a 5 minute walk from the beach, it is convenient for transport links, shops and dining options are close by. The property is clean throughout and the staff are friendly, helpful and willing to help with your needs.
Give them time and opportunity to help and the staff will do their best.

Friendly helpful staff
Nice friendly hotel. Lovely staff. There was some confusion over the free breakfast as advertised but this was quickly sorted. Good cheap food court next door for lunch and dinner. Wi-Fi a bit patchy. TV had BBC news.

“Very nice experience ” I had a very pleasant stay at Viveka Hotel. The staff were amazing and extremely friendly. Chef Manikkaraj took special care of our dietary needs, ensuring we had a great experience. Manager Vinod was fantastic, a one-stop solution for all our requirements, and it’s clear he has trained his team well. Usani and Heshna at the front office were very helpful and sweet. Special thanks to Kumar for his kind hospitality. Overall, a wonderful stay!
