50 By The Sea

This hotel is insane. I booked via trip.com. When I arrived the hotel at 2am, they told me my booking is not on the list and they are fully booked. They didn’t help me to find an alternative hotel

This rental is misrepresented. It's not a hotel but a ground-floor apartment with a security guard who checks you in. The entire vibe is suspicious from the start. The room and bathroom are claustrophobically small, and there are zero amenities like a restaurant or lobby. The only positive was the stunning view from the window, which was exactly as promised. However, the staff were utterly unprofessional and hostile.

Stayed here to take a break from day-to-day stresses. Mine was a spacious, clean and comfortable room. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, none of the rooms have balconies but there's a rooftop area with a nice view. The only problem being that it's completely open to the elements so on a sunny day, you would roast! There are lots of good restaurants within walking distance, including a cafe on the ground floor of the building, and the beach is also just across the road.

I booked this hotel based on the photos, which made it look spacious and well-maintained. However, when I arrived, I was completely shocked. The building was still under construction, making it feel unsafe and unfinished. The room was unbelievably small, nothing like what was shown in the pictures. It was clear that the hotel had used deceptive angles and editing to hide the actual cramped and uncomfortable space. On top of that, the doors didn’t lock properly, raising serious security concerns. The entire place had a terrible odor, and it felt unclean and poorly maintained. It was far from what I expected, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. The only positive was the receptionist, who was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, that didn’t make up for the overall terrible experience. I tried to contact the manager, Jonathan, but he never answered my calls. I ended up leaving and finding a much better hotel nearby at a similar price. This place is a scam with false advertising and misleading photos. Do not book this hotel!

We booked the suite room at 50 by the Sea and had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was superb always friendly and helpful. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. It’s a small, boutique-style hotel, giving it a cozy and personalized feel. The location is excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and value in a fantastic location!

I recently stayed at 50 by the Sea, and it was such a wonderful experience! The place was incredibly clean, and everything was so comfortable that it felt just like home.
