We visited as a family of 7, including 2 kids. Chandana, the host, was very accommodating to our needs and went out of his way to make our stay pleasant. The place had a backpacker retreat type setting with Boho themes. The place is clean and well kept but appears to be a bit old, so expect the usual quirks of older homes. Parking is available for small cars only. Larger vehicles would need to park at the top of the cul-de-sac by the arterial lane. Overall, it was a positive experience.

This is a guesthouse run by a foreigner. It's tucked away in a very remote alley, with nothing nearby. Even eating is a long walk.
We arrived in the evening and were starving. After a long, winding walk, we finally found a supermarket. There was a KFC next door, and we had a burger for about 50 yuan.
The white foreigner was quite nice, and he must have received many Chinese tourists; he was quite friendly.
The amenities were basic, with wooden beds and furniture. The bathroom was large, the room was spacious, and there was a balcony outside for drying clothes.
The room was clean, but the location was quite remote, down a deep alley. There wasn't even a small shop nearby, really nothing at all. You had to walk quite a distance to get a taxi or tuk-tuk.
