Worst and poor experience at hotel sj paradise Unprofessional staff no one from hospitality background at all don't know standards All departments are unprofessional starts from front office .room service .pathetic food and dirty rooms Fowl smell in rooms Bed bugs in my room I never recommend this hotel All managers are unprofessional I think md of this hotel is sleeping

Worst experience in hotel sj paradise dehradun The manager's front office is unprofessional . Illiterate and mannerless Do know how to talk with guest i personally recommend the manager to switch his career from hospitality it's a better option for him 3rd class food and service Dhabas on the road side is far better I never recommend such kind of hotels

The stay was okay but not worthy of the price i paid. Nobody came to assist us while we were picking our luggage, one of the washroom was smelling so bad that it was not possible to stand there even for a second

The stay was good, the amenities and the rooms where quite good and were as displayed. One staff members behaviour was not that good but it was neutral. While check in the lady on the counter asked me to write full address despite having my aadhar photocopy. She started judging us because of our look. It was disappointing but other staff and watchman was polite and helpful. Food was quite good but little expensive.
