receptionist asked for extra 500 rs when i check in around 5 am on 18th mar 2025 as my room is booked from 17th mar 2025 to 18th march 2025 from 12pm to 11 am,it is very bad exprience for me,your service is very bad.

Good hotel, near to railway station.. good location,even that price that is best hotel in deradun, room r clean, food r good,even all time u get hot water in this property.

Smell in room, bed sheet have cuts, staff of reception was rude. Not cooperative at all. Don’t stay bed sheets have cuts. Cooperation from staff was not good. Reception staff was much rude. Food quality and quantity was not good. Initially they served less quantity then after some time ask for rest quantity but till that i finished my food
