The hotel seems to be fine though the front desk management wasn't Courteous or polite. The billing system a huge concern and a let down. The amount mentioned online and booking made is treated differently and there is disparity in the final bill given by the front desk. There is no coordination between front desk and online booking association which leads to wastage of time and money and customer dissatisfaction. Go for better options

It was a good stay and the staff is good it was a clean hotel and the environment around it is so peacful any one can go abd visit there if they want peace in day overall food is not that good but the stay is awsome

The hotel is in nice location with great amenities, booking from treebo was very easy as there was an option to pay full amount in hotel. Restaurent was a bit cheap as compared to other hotels breakfast was free😁😁😁

It was good staying there, the staff was helpful. Check-in process was also fast. They have good parking space & surrounding areas jungle view is also good. The cleanliness of room n bedsheet was also good when compared to Oyo hotels.

JVR has a forest view from its restaurant which looks beautiful and scenic. The staff is also very polite and helps us with everything we require to enjoy our stay at this property. Car Parking is also available.

Had a great experience with hotel Jungle view retreat located at the foothills with beautiful forest view. Here food is very delicious and services is top notch and staff is very helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to our colleagues

Friendly staff with good food available in house. Considerate about early check-in making the check-in very smooth and good Had a overall good experience of the stay. I would definitely consider coming here back!!

wonderful experience we had, it was just an experience to remember. They way their staff support and make you feel so comfortable. Really had a wonderful experience from smooth check-in till the check-out.Food taste really good, you will just fall for it. Would really recommend if you are planning a solo stay, with friends or family, or even planning for a corporate event, you will have wonderful experience.

We had a very comfortable stay!! Location of the hotel is excellent!! It's right on the foot steps of mussoorie and very is very close to heart of the city Rajpur. Staff is very professional and food is good too! I would strongly recommend this hotel
