德江一個美麗的四線城市，環境乾淨整潔。酒店在市區中心步行街口。地下車庫停車非常方便，環境不錯，外部環境稍微有點亂，縣城酒店通病，整體可以接受。

幾百元的酒店，床上用品都是爛的，自己家都不會用這種吧。浴缸、洗臉盆都是污漬。

很適合商務出差，房間乾淨整潔，前台熱情有禮。服務阿姨也很及時打掃衞生。酒店吃飯也很方便。有按摩的也有餐廳。

第一次點評酒店，身為貴州人，第一次去到德江，這次去到德江是參加考試，很誠懇的説真的很不錯，本人平常喜歡旅遊又加上是在上海讀的書，所以住過和看過的酒店也不算少了，到達酒店那天已經下午了，比較勞累，所以就直接辦理了入住，本以為是一般性的酒店，但推開大門的瞬間卻被驚艷到了，在這個價位，房間面積適中，總體佈局低調卻又不失內涵，還配備有辦公桌、躺的小沙發以及浴缸等等，雖然床不是很大，但床的舒適度卻很高，帶給了我一個很不錯的睡眠質量，而且房間內還有許多對於女生的暖心設計，如紅糖包、衞生巾和曖心標識等，雖然我是男生用不上哈哈哈哈，但諸如種種對於一個縣城裡的兩百元價位的酒店來説實屬難得，小細節打動人，從這些地方能看出酒店的用心以及為客户着想的經營理念，美中不足的是被褥的整潔問題，我住的房間，被褥上有少量的不明物體沒有清洗乾淨，事無完美處，有不足才説明可以做的更好，希望酒店能對被褥清潔方面提高標準。考完試就離開了德江，來的很匆忙，走得也很匆忙，還沒有時間去好好感受德江的美好。但因為靈犀讓我看到了德江經營者的“待客之道”，下次去到德江一定是以遊玩的目的。祝生意興隆，越辦越好！

和家人一起為了能夠休息的好特地選擇的酒店描述有兩張1.5米的雙床房，結果入住之後的雙床真是讓我倍感驚訝，從來就沒見過這麼小的1.5米床！但也不確定就沒有多管。第二天因行程原因繼續選擇了在酒店入住，但為了確認酒店的雙床尺寸特地選擇了和前一天不一樣的房型，兩張1.35米床的，結果辦理入住後發現兩個房型的床都是一樣大的。那為什麼要標註是1.5米的呢？如果我不繼續住是不是我根本都不知道我受到了欺騙？酒店方的解決態度也是令人無語，先是説升房，給我換到我之前住過的房型去，我需要的是房型嗎？我選擇那個房型的原因不是因為床的尺寸嗎，那既然尺寸都一樣我何必換呢，最後通過平台協商彌補差價結果酒店居然要求多出來的一人另開一間房間？拿人數當藉口？住過這麼多酒店從來沒有哪家酒店説過雙床房衹能住兩個人，最後還是攜程平台承擔的差價賠償，到此都不想再多糾結了，剛洗漱好準備躺下休息，一拿開枕頭又看到一大塊污漬，這都算了，想着打電話給前台讓幫忙換一下就算了，結果房間電話打前台也不接，客房也不接，總枱也不接，最後又衹能拿手機打電話。客房上來也是離譜，都説了是枕頭臟了結果枕套沒拿拿了床單和被套，然後又是等重新拿，折騰來折騰去，到了凌晨一點將近兩點才能夠休息，真的體驗感非常差！
