I stayed here for 2 nights and it is a typical Ibis. I was quickly checked in and the receptionist was very helpful and she spoke very good English. The room was comfortable and the shower powerful. I was placed on the first floor, it became clear the room nearby had a family in it since the child made lots of noise in the corridor outside. This is clearly not the fault of the hotel. However, cleaning staff having a conversation loudly right outside my door on a Saturday morning at 0915 most certainly is. Not good if you want to have a lie in!! The TV also had no English language channels so not great if you want TV. Overall, a nice hotel with lovely staff but rooms need soundproofing!

The parking is free, the welcome is warm, the staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the location is great, the bar is stocked, and you can even eat. What more can you want? We will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit.

Avis communiqué puisque nuitée facturée mais non consommée pour les circonstances qui suivent : Voici le message que j'adresse à l'hôtel dans des circonstances douloureuses pour lequel je reçois en réponse les conditions générales d'annulation et un manque total de sollicitude. Ceci pour vous laisser le soin de vous forger votre propre opinion, c'est bien dans les coups durs qu'i-on peut connaître la véritable nature des personnes : Bonjour, Je suis désolé de vous solliciter pour cela mais peut-être aurez-vous la gentillesse d’accepter l’annulation de ma réservation No XXXXXXXX sans frais… En effet, je m’aperçois que la location de voiture que j’ai effectuée à Bâle ne prend effet que demain matin car l’agence est fermée lorsque mon train arrivera. Cela est dû au fait que j’ai modifié mon planning suite au décès de mon beau-père il y a 1 semaine et que j’ai effectué une contraction de mes déplacements cette semaine. Comptant sur votre compréhension. Das Zimmer ist funktional und einfach eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer beengend klein. Das Bettt jedoch ist bequem. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch läßt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. 3 Tage lang wurde der Badspiegel nicht geputzt. Der Fußboden war klebrig nach der Reinigung!!! Am Samstag war das Frühstück eine Katastrophe!! Keine frischen Brötchen oder Baguette. Das Brot, sowie die Pancakes. die süßen Teilchen waren vom Tag vorher. Leider gab es auch kein Servicepersonal und der Rezeptionist konnte keine Auskunft geben, ob frische Backwaren vorhanden waren. Das Frühstückangebot ist auf Geschäftsreisende ausgelegt die bis 8.30 frühstücken. Bei späterer Ankunft ist das Büffet abgegrast und wird nur nach Reklamation noch nachgelegt. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist nicht gerechtfertgigt!

Super séjour ! L'accueil a été parfait, précis, aidant et disponible. La chambre était très propre assez spacieuse pour deux et très pratique, une mention spéciale pour l'excellente douche ! Le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Nous étions venus pour la rencontre mondiale des 2cv et malgré le nombre important de clients tout était bien organisé. Le parking est top et même avec beaucoup de 2 cv tout le monde a trouvé une bonne place ! A renouveler...

Ho passato due notti in questo albergo durante il weekend di Pasqua. Molto centrale e a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla fermata degli autopostali. Personale della ricezione molto gentile e disponibile a dare informazioni sulle attrazioni del posto e su come arrivarci. Ogni ospite che passa almeno una notte in un albergo del Canton Giura riceve il Jura Pass, con cui sono gratuiti i mezzi pubblici di tutto il cantone. Molto pratico! Camera confortevole, silenziosa e molto pulita. Letto comodo, bagno moderno e funzionale. Ottima colazione a buffet, che propone anche alcuni prodotti locali. Non c’è la cassaforte in camera. Se dovessi ritornare a Delémont sceglierei senz’altro ancora questo albergo.

Sehr nette und freundlicher Empfang. Gute sprachliche Verständigung (deutsch-französisch). Saubere, etwas kleine aber schöne Zimmer. Ruhig. Schöne Hotelbar und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nicht unbedingt ein Ferienhotel aber für kurze Aufenthalte sehr zu empfehlen. Bravo!! Ich werde ja meinen Verein, am 3./4. September 22, hier unterbringen, bin überzeugt, dass es denen auch gefallen wird.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du centre de Delémont et à deux pas de la gare. Chambre simple mais confortable et personnel sympathique et serviable. J'ai ainsi pu laisser mon bagage en consigne à mon départ de l'hôtel, ce qui m'a permis de profiter pleinement du festival.
