It boasts an huge back patio / entertaining area. A large 30' x15' heated swimming pool with sunshelf, huge hot tub, Tiki bar with TV and bluetooth stereo, outside and covered dining / relaxing areas, golf putting green. Even bring your boat up to 28ft, secure gated storage onsite, ramp into ICW 2 miles away. As requirement of my insurance company, OUTSIDE areas are monitored by security cameras. There is one camera on the front of the house and one on side of the house facing the pool and spa. Cameras are capable of recording, but NOT monitored.
