if you want to save your holidays please do your self a favor and don’t come to this hotel because it’s one of the worst’s places I’ve been . ( everything dirty , all the conditions bad ) + not hot water - towels Also all the beds had white and black hairs of the previous costumers so I had to clean everything and buy all new so we can sleep

Fuyez. Logement insalubre. Odeur infâme, sale. Je n’ai jamais vu un logement aussi sale. Le sol collait, traces de saleté partout dans le logement. Nous sommes partis plus tôt que prévu. Aucun remboursement n’a été effectué. Service client incompétent.

Un séjour nulle.. l'emplacement est magnifique mais tous le reste est nulle .. tous est salles :couettes housses coussins ... y a rien dans le chalet pas de serviettes pas de premières nécessités d'hygiène avec un départ à 10h !!! Et un personnel de nettyage dont la communication est mauvaise !!! A fuire !!!
