The facilities are well-equipped, and all toiletries are provided in the rooms. Each building has an ice maker and water dispenser. The hotel is clean and tidy. The environment is absolutely stunning, with the ocean, palm trees, beach views, and a refreshing pool – it truly captures the island vibe everywhere you look. The service is warm and friendly; you barely need to lift a finger, and you're whisked away on your journey with a chorus of 'Bula!'. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for grabbing daily necessities, fruits, and snacks. You can buy Bula Bus tickets at the hotel shop, and a shuttle passes by every 10-15 minutes, stopping at various major hotels to take guests to the pier, making getting around a breeze. The hotel's breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of food, including fresh juices and omelets.

The hotel staff were all very welcoming, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety. It's close to the pier, which made it convenient for booking tours. We were feeling unwell on our last day and they kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated.

A very satisfying trip! The hotel staff were all incredibly welcoming and helpful. The surrounding scenery was beautiful, and our room faced the sea. A particularly convenient touch was the hotel providing filtered drinking water and an ice machine for guests.

The service and amenities at this hotel are truly awful. I really don't recommend staying in Fiji's inner islands if the experience is this bad and expensive. Also, a huge tip: do NOT use the Fiji Airways check-in service at the hotel; it's terrible.

We booked a sea-view room. Although these rooms are typically angled towards the sea, the one we were assigned was quite far back. As a result, we could barely see the ocean from the room itself and had to step out onto the balcony for a proper view. Room service was slow; if we requested an extra towel or any other item, we'd have to wait at least half an hour for it to arrive, which was quite frustrating. However, the overall hotel environment was lovely, the sea was beautiful, and the pool was also beautiful.
