The hotel is so run down! AC is weak when Nadi sis hot like hell. Stains on the chair. Just dirtyans rundown
Breakfast is just horrible - hash brown tastes like it was cooked the previous day and got heated up on the day.
Service and customer service is really bad. These guys needs training and retraining. I booked to stay two nights but only stayed one night. Didn’t care that I was defunded for my second night. Just can’t stand staying one more night. Had to check into another hotel

Location perfect - but no fitness centre
Service by staff very poor no porter carry bags yourself to 2nd level…. Power went off for few hours only in our room due to some maintenance failure… night staff walked off with now it’s working no apologies, management didn’t even bother to come and check next day if all okay.

The room was clean and comfortable. The kids were happy with the size. The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed. It's one of the Denarau hotels with easy access to the port, so I think it's a good choice for people staying on remote islands.

I made a reservation for a hair braid at the reception. I was told it would cost 400 yen at the time, but on the day I was told it would cost 2100 yen, which I was deceived by. The staff's attitude was bad, my hair was messed up, and I felt depressed. I will never stay at this hotel again.
There were a lot of bugs floating in the pool. There were ants walking around everywhere in the room, which was disgusting.
