The room is clean and tidy. It is an apartment building with a refrigerator, microwave and induction cooker. It is a good choice to cook by yourself here (just no tableware 😅). The window looks out to the campus of Xiamen University Malaysia, which is a few minutes' walk away. There are many shops on the first floor, including supermarkets and small restaurants, which makes life very convenient. The hotel has a self-service check-in. There were some minor problems at the beginning, but Ctrip was very responsible and quickly coordinated to solve them. It was a pleasant stay.

What the hell is this hotel? I didn't even check in with the self-check-in. I found a local who didn't understand how to check in. I called them and they told me to find the security guard, who told me to find the front desk, who told me to find the security guard. I stood there for three hours and didn't get in. No one came to solve the problem. Then they said it was time to get off work and I needed to check in by myself. So I checked in by myself, but I didn't understand how to check in by myself. The locals didn't understand, so how could I? Avoid this hotel. I didn't stay in for one night and they charged me 470. Ctrip finally compensated me for a little loss. Thank you Ctrip!!

The service is very poor. I couldn't get through even though I called three days in advance. I arrived at the hotel lobby on the day and couldn't get through. Next to the Malay branch of Xiamen University, there are private apartments for rent. There is no reception desk. You have to call the landlord to get the keys. There are only security guards in front of the building. The room is very clean, but the only drawback is that they don't speak Chinese.
