Spacious surau near lobby. Open 24/7 no prob to perform solat sunat at any time.
No kiblat sign in d room. Later when inform, staff came to solve it.

Parking is near to main entrance..better have shades in future.

"Wir waren nur die letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug in diesem Homestay. Mit den Beschreibungen die wir hatten war es gar nicht einfach das zu finden. Wir mussten mehrere Leute ansprechen bis wir beim richtigen Security Mitarbeiter gelandet sind der uns beim Check-In helfen konnte.
Die Wohnung an sich ist okay, aber wir hatten auch bessere Apartments in Malaysia angemietet.
Mit besseren Erklärungen vorab hätten wir uns eine Menge Zeit beim Check-In sparen können."

"Very close to the airport, it is very convenient to take a taxi to the airport. Check-in is self-service, you need to swipe the door card to go upstairs, but the guidance is not very good. The hygiene is good, the room is spacious, but the bed size is a bit small. It is okay if you stay temporarily near the airport."

For the price, I felt it was worth it and decent deal, I’d stay here again look elsewhere next time recommend it for a short stay.

TTheresa MooreaWhen I booked this room, I didn't realise it wasn't a hotel. Getting keys and code was very difficult because there was no reception and it's a self-check in. There is security to help.
It would have been easier if I could make phone calls or if I had WhatsApp. Eventually I was able to communicate via WeChat. The host was helpful and tried hard to help me given it was close to midnight by the time I was able to get into my room.
The suite was big with a good view. It's an older room with some broken facilities. I took a while to figure out how to make the hot water work and turn on the air conditioner. There's a separate little button to push near the light switches.
It was quite and I had a great sleep.
There were many restaurants close by but they're mostly Chinese food. It's a 15min walk to a local area and that's mostly Pakistani Muslim food. I was able to have Malaysian food at the airport on my flight out.

AAnonymous UserJust landed from Miri and ransit here for a night before heading to PD. Turn out to be our JJCM stay because there's a lot of restaurant for you to choose. We booked non smoking twin room but was given deluxe queen room with a smell of ciggarate smoke. Asked the receptionist to change the room and we can change on the spot. Overall it was a nice stay.

GGuest UserI have tried different airport hotels. Sama sama, capsule hotel klia, tune hotel klia. Overall i think this is the best in term of room and affordability. Cheap hotel stay and really comfy. They have so many water fountain so you do not have to worry about getting free clean water from one of their machine. You can also call the hotel to reserve a seat on this van and they can arrange hotel transport to send you to the airport. Overall its a pleasant stay. I have no issue about going to the airport and mind you, you can also ask them to fetch you from the airport for a very small fee. I can’t recall how much exactly but it wasn’t that much.

AAlphieDint inform earlier that the driver will late because of buka puasa. And inform me to wait 1.5hrs.
At least, inform earlier then i may cancel the hotel booking.
The location is really ntg at all, no food, no convenient store, no clinic. Though is cheap but still feel doest worth the price.
And it is noise too, the whole night, i can hear few times at least 5 times, the door bang loudly.
