Horrible place and horrible service! Stay away Advertised as ocean front and it looks at a gravel parking lot! Couldn’t access room because we were told our reservation was “cancelled”. No offer to help - had to go elsewhere to find accommodations.

Friendly owner, wonderful staff. This inn is perfectly located, next to the beach and minutes from Dennisport and Harwichport. Clean rooms, and a great pool too. We needed 2 cots and they were very comfortable. Would highly recommend for a family getaway.

Excellent! The room and bathroom were extremely clean, which is our main priority. The staff was very friendly. Super easy check-in. Great location for exploring the small towns on the cape. My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the bathroom towels. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The room was bright and cheery, bed very comfortable. The staff were excellent. Superb location. Very reasonable price. Perfect place for a weekend away. Small refrigerator and microwave were adequate for our needs. No extra seating in our room but our camp chair from car easily remedied that.

So glad we came to stay. Perfect location with beach and pool. Lovely owner. Great service - nothing was any bother. Lovely food places near by. Rooms beautifully decorated - very seaside-y. Royal Pizza good. Hot dog shack excellent.

Great location and even better service. The owner was very responsive and friendly. All the staff was very professional and the rooms were very clean. The rooms were recently renovated and the location was perfect to get anywhere in Dennis Port.

Beautiful, spacious and clean room. Great location. Great pool area. The beach is right around the corner. Just know that there are a lot of steep stairs to get to the beach but once you're there it's nice. Great spot for little kids. Super easy check-in and wonderful, quick service. Highly recommend.

Rented two standard rooms for a family of five. Great location, so close to the water! We went on beach walks and stargazed at night. My teenagers walked to local restaurants, ice cream shops, and Woolfie's. It's a quick hop by car to everywhere. Spacious rooms, clean, inviting. Two firms pillows on each bed and one soft one. This was a good mix for us. Everything worked great, from shower pressure to mini-fridge to the microwave. Great communication with management. My kids loved the pool, too! We thought the sink drains were a bit slow -- best to tell the management right away if you think there is a problem.

Clean, comfy, cute, and right at the beach. I would stay here again if I came back to Cape Cod. There are several places you can walk to for dinner or coffee. Take a whale watching tour, that was amazing.
