we are 1/4 mile from Sullivan Beach and boat launch on Houghton Lake. 5 minutes to trails that lead you to Leota, St.Helen, West branch and more. Enjoy year round fun on Houghton lake. Hang out in the game room or just relax at the fire pit and enjoy the sounds of nature, very private with lots of room for parking.
