Really enjoyed this hotel and it's amenities the staff was very helpful and very patient with me because I didn't have an appointment to cover incidentals at first but they waited until I was able to get the money transferred to my account and all was well. Fairfield inn has always been a staple since I was young and has once again proven to be a great choice for a getaway in the city
I visit CO at least once a year, usually Christmas time for sure. My stay was great. My room was nice and clean. Loved the shower. The service was good, everyone was friendly and helpful. I needed batteries for the remote and my card was charged twice since I used a third party. The front desk staff and the manager were patient and helpful. The extra charge was removed as soon as possible. Thanks everyone!
The hotel room itself was spacious and clean and a great value for its price. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff was attentive and informative . The only issue I had which prevented a 5* rating was the difficulty we had getting yo the hotel. The free shuttle only picked up from West side of airport and there was No clear sign or directio as to how to find the shuttle stop. We asked numerous other shuttle drivers while waiting by mistake on the east side of airport and no one corrected us.
