"This is exactly 5 Star Hotel 5 star location 5 star service. Due to my tiring journey, i am a bit moody upon check-in. It's just a silly mistake that's blown me out during check-in. Poor receptionists have to face the situations . Honestly, they are professional and manage to handle the situation. Congrats to the front office manager and general manager that you trained your staff well towards 5 star standards. Not to forget Ms Chantika guest service officers, you are amazing. You turned my anger to guiltily. Overall, the hotel service tip top 5 star , the location fantastic attached to the big mall that you can find everything there. Cleanliness superb. Even i just request for prayer mate they delivered with sarong which is well packed for hygiene purpose. The bed is pretty comfortable. I feel like I don't want to leave the room . From top management to the service staff, they are pretty humbled. Listen to your problem and take immediate action to get the hotel guest feel comfortable. Thank you for making my day ."

TTriutamiiRekomended hotel yg kids friendly bgt.. kaget bgt pas nginep disini semua staffnya ramah2 poll. Mulai dari satpam di depan lobby sampe semua petugas yg di dalam. Petugas yg jaga di area mini zoo juga ramah bgt kids friendly! Lokasinya strategis banget. Kalo malem buanyakk bgt yg jualan makanan jadi gak perlu bingung. Ini tuh kaya ada di kawasan elit gitu sih menurutku. Walaupun jalananya agak sedikit macet tapi gak kecewa sama sekali selama nginap disini. Ahhh pokoknya mau lagi sih nanti nginap disini lagi. Anakku seneng banget sampe gamau diajak pulang đ

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed the hotel.. the room was quite clean and spacious. The breakfast was also delicious.. although they don't provide bottled mineral water, there are dispensers in each corner of the room hallway to refill at any time. It's just that the bathroom shower area has a bad slope so the remaining shower water still pools and makes the floor slippery. Several times my child slipped while taking a shower. And also the parking lot is narrow. The rest is all ok.. thx Grand Keisha hopefully I can go there again another time..

IiphuriosThe room is good for its price. Situated at the back of Ambarrukmo Plaza, Yogyaâs one of the top end mall, the Victoria hotel is a great choose for me and my friend while we exploring the city.
First of all, the price is very affordable, and at this price range, the benefit that I got from what the hotel is offering is worth it.
Unlike many other hotel at its price range, the room is not cramped. It is well maintained that I donât feel like Iâm in some sort of budget hotel or anything. Amenities provided are also complete, they have indoor one time use slippers, one time use toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo.
My room is the Deluxe and is suppose to face the pool, but it is quite in the front so my view is someone elseâs property, I had to peek and press my cheek to the window to see the pool from my room. The deluxe room is also come with large glass window on the bathroom wall that face inside. They are great for couple, but luckily, it has shutter so it also great for family and friends. These two are what distinguish the deluxe and superior room.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit and would definitely choose Victoria hotel again in the future for my stay.

PPeter donaldWonderful hotel in an out of town location. Not a hotel to stay in if you have mobility issues as the entrance is up a very grand staircase to reception. Check in was efficient and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. The small balcony overlooking a garden is pretty and quiet. We even had 2 visitors of the feathered kind sit on the balcony with us, which was nice! We visited during a national holiday, so the hotel was packed, and the breakfast room was very, very busy, making for a slightly noisy, unrelaxed experience, but the view of Merapi helped!! The Indian restaurant onsite was excellent and delicious! We didn't have time to enjoy the spa or pools, but they both looked very inviting and were well used by other guests. Overall, a great hotel and recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Ssulis candraStrategic location, lots of souvenir centers around, there are angkringan too, just walking distance to Transmart, near the airport, clean rooms. What needs to be improved is the service because I checked in late (afternoon) and wanted to shower straight away but waited 1 hour for towels to be delivered. then the breakfast is very standard, it needs more variations. There is no swimming pool or gym, so there is only for resting/sleeping.

GGrace1004When I entered the hotel entrance using Grab, it was so narrow that even the Grab driver was embarrassed.
However, I would like to give it a generous score thanks to the friendly staff.
In particular, the pizza I ordered through room service was an excellent choice!!
I highly recommend it because itâs so delicious!!
The location of the accommodation was a little far from Malioboro, but we chose a place close to the church to go to church on Sundays, so we are satisfied with the location.
The room was clean, but a bit old, and the swimming pool was smaller and dirtier than expected, which was disappointing.

AAzarine Kyla ArintaExcellent location and amenities. Strategically located on Jalan Kaliurang, Uttara is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and offers easy access to anywhere in Yogyakarta. This was my fourth stay, and I keep coming back for the prime location and the lovely pool with a stunning view of Mount Merapi. The gym is small but decent. My only gripe is the buildingâs mixed managementâhotel units, apartments, and Airbnbs operate separately, making it hard to know exactly who youâre booking from.
Another thing: the security here is the worst, they followed you and make it uncomfortable, they ask questions when you go to the gym, ask again when you sit by the pool, chill bro youâre not a five star hotel.
